Hello! I’m Sarah Downie and I’m an author & illustrator of picture books

I published my first book “A Beach Chase A-Z Alphabet Book” in 2020 and my second book “1, 2, 3 The Castles I See” in 2022.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Minor in Creative Writing at Montserrat College of Art in 2017.

I live in Connecticut and when I’m not creating art you can find me hiking, walking along the beach, kayaking, and chilling with a hot cup of tea or a beer by the fire.

You can find my greeting cards and art prints in my art studio, located at the Village Art Space Gallery in Noank, CT.

I’m a member of SCBWI and currently seeking art representation
